Refund Policy

At Honeyhead Hangout, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sold “as-is” or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank, then contact us.
