Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35 (before tax, after discounts).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours. We cannot change addresses once an order has shipped.
